After studying engineering in Lebanon and further education in Sydney, Australia, the founder developed extensive experience across technical, industrial and maintenance environments.

Throughout a career spanning more than twenty-five years, the focus remained the same: understanding systems, solving problems, improving performance and sharing knowledge.
